"I use figurative drawings to detail the form, using simplicity of line to suggest weight and suppleness of the body. My most reasent studies are from the mind, imagination and the soul. My drawings are expressed with less structured lines and with bolder shapes that reflect the true emotion of that being. The ugliness of the confident lines and bold brush strokes convey the emotion I see. The use of vibrant oils, subdued watercolors, and expressive brush strokes is the movement, never static."
